Cancellation Policy
This Salon charges 50% of the base price of your services if you cancel less than 48 hours in advance. No call no shows will be charged 100% of the base price of your services. If you are late 15 minutes or more to your appointment, your appointment will be considered a no call no show and will be charged 100% of the base service as well.
Hair extensions cannot be returned/refunded after the hair has been opened & installed within the head. 30 day return policy of hair if it hasn’t been opened or installed.
